To access the Sérénaé gîtes, you don’t need a key!
You can thus arrive independently and at the time you want.

A second code box is located to the far left of the lodgings to open and close the gate.

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE

Arrivals can be made from 4:00 p.m.
The gîtes must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.

If we are present, we will welcome you with great pleasure. However, thanks to the codes, your installation can be done independently.

CAR PARK

A parking space is reserved for you as close as possible to your gîte.
A sign indicates its location.

We do everything we can to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.

ANIMALS ​

Our animal friends are not allowed in the gîtes.

ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION

A charging station for electric vehicles is at your disposal to the left of the gîtes. You can park your vehicle in the grass while charging.

BINS AND SELECTIVE ​

​Garbage cans are available next to the entrance gate.
ou can drop off your rubbish there.

We work in trust with our hosts. No inventory is made on arrival and departure. We rely on you to let us know if something has been damaged by accident.

DEPARTURE TIMES

The gîtes must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.

HOUSEWORK

The cleaning of the gîte must be done by you. Cleaning products are available free of charge in the toilets.

Don’t want to bother with the end-of-stay cleaning? No worries, a cleaning fee is offered to you at 30€. You can take it at the time of your reservation or on request during your stay.

DELIVERY OF KEYS

In Sérénaé, all access to the gîtes is done using codes.
No keys needed.
When you leave, simply close the door behind you.
